Our story

Our story begins with a shared passion for all things sweet. We are a Spanish-British couple with a big love for baking and sharing delicious treats. Paimés is our little dream come true, inspired by our roots and the joy of good food.

The name Paimés comes from the Catalan phrase “Pa i més,” meaning “Bread and more.” It’s our way of saying we’re here to bring you so much more than bakes—flavours, memories and smiles in every bite.

From our East London online bakery, we pour our hearts into crafting Spanish-inspired cakes and bakes and blending them with new flavours. Thank you for being a part of our journey—we can’t wait to share our creations with you.
